Assessing every 5-8 weeks allows time to show the progress you’re making, determine how to move forward, and keep you motivated.

Educate.

The average training experience is one where you’re put through an all-purpose workout without knowing why you’re doing what you’re doing. And then when you’re not with your trainer, you’re still out of the loop.

We believe that if you know why you’re training the way you are, you’re more likely to buy in and self-motivate. CORE’s trainers have the expertise to achieve your goals, not only faster, but smarter.

Customize.
