BALANCE

Dynamic movement potential is not possible unless the entire body is balanced properly. Before a body can move fast, it must be in proper neuromuscular alignment and balance. Each athlete’s physical balance is tested during the physical evaluation process prior to the first session. With that information, a large portion of your training will consist of creating muscle synergy, thus removing weak links from your body.

AGILITY

Sports such as football, soccer, and hockey require a great deal of physical strength and also a large amount of footwork and agility. Agility is the ability to react, decelerate and change direction quickly and proficiently without losing control of your body. Under this pillar, athletes will learn how to improve their footwork in a progressive manner, significantly reducing the chance of injury.

QUICKNESS

Game-breaking plays are made by the athletes who possess first step explosiveness. Being able to adapt and efficiently move in space is crucial to great performance, regardless of your sport. Under this pillar, the athlete’s central nervous system is challenged under circumstances relative to your specific sport. Like all athletic development, this process is progressive in nature, which once learned and understood becomes self fulfilling. It is at this point where athletes begin to truly maximize their athletic potential.

SPEED

What is the main factor that changes when you compete at the next level? More often than not, it is speed. The pace of the game quickens because the athletes are faster. You can become faster by first learning proper gait mechanics and then challenging maximal acceleration and top-end velocity.
