Class Schedule

TURBO KICK - TurboKick is a mix of kickboxing and simple dance moves set to awesome music that will have you looking forward to every workout!  High and low impact options are offered in each class, so each participant will be able to find an intensity to fit their goals and needs.

ZUMBA – Zumba is an easy-to-follow, energetic, and dance-based cardio workout set to Latin and other international music. Be ready to sweat, shake it, and have fun. Liking to dance is a prerequisite, knowing HOW to dance is NOT!

YOGA BOOT CAMP -Rejuvenate the body, clear the mind, and energize the spirit. Break through to new levels of physical, emotional and mental wellness. Yoga experience recommended.

YOGA FUSION – A dynamic yoga class fused with balance, Pilates, strength, flexibility and mobility training.  Each teacher has a different approach, but every class is sure to please both the mind and body.  Guided visualization and relaxation are incorporated at the end of every class.

YOGA MAMAS – A relaxing, therapeutic and restorative yoga class designed for moms-to-be.

FLOW YOGA – Vinyasa flow yoga linking body and breath. Designed to build strength, lengthen muscles and improve flexibility. Prepare to sweat, stretch, and rejuvenate.

STRENGTH FUSION – In Strength Fusion participants will be asked to get intense about specific muscle groups to increase their overall strength levels. We will fuse different exercises, focusing on isolated muscle groups, allowing you to feel a pump and burn throughout this total body workout. We will practice pairing the movements with the breath to increase the mind body connection. Strength Fusion is specific to our Mid-West seasonal changes and will help you feel your very best throughout the year!
