1 on 1 Consultation Time with a CA Endurance Coach

Guidance. If you are looking for general recommendations and guidance from a performance specialist to help you move towards your hopes and dreams, we have it. Whether your goals are big or small, our expertise can help you achieve them.

Progressive Strength Training

Working out as a group is a more cost effective way to receive top quality personal training. The benefit of Progressive training is that we already have the group set for you. When you first begin your progressive plan you will start 1 on 1 with a trainer for 2 weeks and then you will progress into a small group of other CORE family members keeping to a maximum ratio of 4 members to every 1 trainer. A 12 hour reschedule policy is included in each package for your convenience.

VO2 Profile

Individuality. Interested in knowing your aerobic potential (V02 Max)? Are you wondering what your specific heart rate training intensities are? Do you want to be stronger on the hills? This scientifically based assessment will give you the information and guidance to make sure your training is yielding the greatest results possible. Estimation of these numbers leaves us with minimal results. If you’re not assessing, you’re guessing. Test is done on treadmill or bike.

1 on 1 Sport Specific Strength Training

Undivided attention. That describes the 1 on 1 training experience you will get with an endurance minded certified personal trainer. These sessions bring you a personalized program that is committed completely to the achievement of your dreams and goals. If maximizing your time is a value, 1 on 1 training sessions are your answer. 1 on 2 Sport Specific Strength Training

Training Buddy Hour! 1 on 2 training sessions are a great way to keep cost down and stay motivated with your favorite training partner. Customized programming for each participant is included. Volume discounts available.

Customized Physical Evaluation

Your customized Physical Evaluation will include a combination of the following:

  • Flexibility Assessment
  • Postural Analysis
  • Functional Movement Screen
  • Body Composition Measurements
If you want to get a baseline for where you are at physically, or want to know what your injury potential is, or want to find out what adjustments you might need to make in life or in your workouts to maximize your performance, our evaluation process will help. All evaluations performed by a CPT.

Biomechanical Running Gait Analysis

Efficiency. One of the least credited factors of running performance is efficiency. Through video analysis of your running stride, we will be able to breakdown your running gait and find energy leaks that are hindering your performance. Running drills and exercises to improve efficiency will be included.
