How does your body effect your swing?
Join Eric Lord, a Titleist Performance Institute certified trainer, as he gets you prepared for the golf season with a six week Golf Performance Class. In each 50 minute class, you will discover how you can improve your swing and have a more efficient, enjoyable round of golf.
In this 6 week class we will give you strategies implemented at the Titleist Performance Institute that you can use to improve your game.
- Body/swing relationships- Learn how range of motion restrictions in your body can limit your swing.
- Hip Mobility- Why tightness in your hips can make your swing slide or sway.
- Core Strength/Endurance- Understand what muscles you need to strengthen to reduce potential injuries.
- Club Speed- What your body needs for an efficient, powerful swing.
Dates: Tuesdays, March 20-April 24th
Times: 6:30-7:20am and 11:00-11:50am
Location: CORE Studio at CORE Athletic
